The order process

The order process is really simple, because you don´t have to fill out any registration fields.
Just click the //buy now // button, you will redirect to PayPal, choose your payment methode and finish the process. Two minutes later you will get your template to your email address, that Paypal has set as default.

 

Can I pay with Paypal?

Yes, we are using the secure PayPal methode and acceppt all major credit cards. Via PayPal you can also pay directly from your PayPal account or from your normal bank account. PayPal accepts a lot of different currencies, like USD, Euros and many more.

 

I have no PayPal Account, how can I pay?

For security reason and fraud protection, we are only accepting Paypal.

 

I've completed the checkout process. But I have not received my download details?

If you have a gmx.com, yahoo.com, hotmail.com, gmail.com, greynet.it or comcast.com email account, please check your SPAM folder. Sometimes we got a mail with a FAILURE NOTICE, that means we can´t send you a mail, because your mail address is invalid. What is your refund policy?

All our products are digital goods, that is to say they are non-tangible goods, once they have been received, we have no control of duplications being made of the product. It is for this reason, we do not issue refunds on any of our products. You are responsible for understanding this upon purchase. If you are having trouble with your product, please make sure that you've carefully read all relevant documentation and tried out our demo. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described, on a case by case basis, and in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.

 

When is my template available for download?

Normally you will get an email, where you can download your purchased template within the next 2 minutes to your email address that has paypal set as default. We do however hold the right to extend the time frame if required as a method to prevent fraud. Delays can be as long as 1 hr up to 24hrs depending on the situation and amount of investigation required after a fraud alert has been activated.

 

Can I try out a commercial template before I buy?

We do not offer trial templates.
We have set up demo sites for each of our commercial templates so that you may see the template in action.
