Demo Content
Our demo content and slideshow pictures are only for demonstration use. Re-use of any graphics, icons or photos from the demo content for any purpose is strictly prohibited.
Single License
A one-time-use license ( single license) is granted for each template file downloaded from the Joomlaplates.com site (http://www.Joomlaplates.com ). If a user wishes to use the same template for more than one Web site, they must download another copy of the same template file from our Web site.
Warranty
All templates distributed by Joomlaplates.com are provided as is and come with no warranties of any kind. There is no guarantee that templates will appear on any computer exactly as they are shown in the preview images on the Joomlaplates.com Web site. Users are responsible for all editing of the files included with any templates downloaded from the Joomlaplates.com Web site. Joomlaplates.com cannot guarantee the templates will function with all 3rd party components as there is currently no certification process for such components. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes as we can not guarantee that Joomlaplates.com themes will work with all browser combinations..
Unauthorized use
You may not, duplicate on CD or diskette or website as a method of reproduction in any kind. If you are interested in reproducing or modifying our templates, please contact us for written consent. All template XML copyright data must remain as is when purchased, you agree not to edit this information in any way. All of our templates are subject to copyright and intellectual property laws, you may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.
What is your refund policy?
All our products are digital goods, that is to say they are non-tangible goods, once they have been received, we have no control of duplications being made of the product. It is for this reason, we do not issue refunds on any of our products. If you are having trouble with your product, please make sure that you've carefully read all relevant documentation and tried out our demo.

What does a theme membership include?
During the membership you have access to all themes, monthly new releases, support and regular updates.
Can I use the templates after my membership expires?
Yes you can! You do not need to have an active membership to use the template furthermore. But you can´t access new templates or updates for current templates if your membership was canceled..
What does "Site License" mean" ?
You can use our themes on as many concurrent sites as your membership licenses allow.
However, you can change the themes of your current sites and use new ones at anytime..
What payment options do you offer?
We are using the secure PayPal method and accept all major credit cards.
PayPal accepts a lot of different currencies, like USD, Euros and many more.
Can I buy a single theme?
Yes you can! Therefore you have to select the Template and click the Paypal "Buy Now" button. After that, you get the template within the next 2 minutes to your email address.
Your ordered Template comes with a single domain license. This means you can use it on one website domain. If you plan on using a template on more than one website or you are a Developer it´s seems to be better to join the Developer membership.
Can I resell your themes?
No, because you bought only a license to use the template. The template is not your own product. They are always a property of Joomlaplates.com.
How many templates can I download after signup?
You can download all existing templates (currently more than 55) plus all new templates within your membership periode. We will release a minimum of 12 templates per year.
Is the membership fee a recurring payment?
No, if you do nothing your account will be deactivated after your membership period is over and you will not be re billed. You can extend or reactivate your membership at any time, but if you don´t do anything nothing will happen.
