It's very easy.
  1. Download the (Google)Fonts to your local folder.
  2. Create a folder named "fonts" in your template directory
  3. upload the (Google)Fonts in the "fonts"-folder
  4. now it's possible to choose your font as a custom-font in the Astroid-Templatesettings in the Joomla-Backend for each menu-item at the typography
