[SOLVED] Footer Menu disapears on every position on Tablet

Hi,
I have a strange issue.
My Module-Menu disapears on every position on a Tablet.
I have disabled none of the positions in the Device Visibility.
What more can I do. 
For a short page where you see the footer .See:

Also got a white empty rectangle.
What can it be?

Hello, it is maybe a menu setting because you installed the Jux megamenu.
But we do not support this menu, therefore you have to find the issue by yourself

Yes I understand that.
But the Jux megamenu was working fine in another template.
Therefore my thoughts where this must be a template issue.

Joomlaplates.com cannot guarantee the templates will function with all 3rd party components as there is currently no certification process for such component

Das Jux Menu wird ab einer Größe von 768px ausgeblendet ect. siehe Bild
Wie gesagt können wir hierzu keine Lösung anbieten

I think I can do now something in the .(custom).css.
