Went to log into my account at theme-point.com to check for any update to the template or if any new templates were available that were of interest before expiry of the subscription. But it redirected to joomlaplates.com and when I login there it doesn't have the current subscription showing (only 2 previous expired subscriptions) so can't download any templates.

Can you advise why the current active subscription isn't showing?
