sorry but I am a new member at first experience in Joomla CMS.
My ask is:
I am a private customer without VAT, can I buy templates as membership, or I only buy a single theme license?

sorry it is our fail.
now you can join without any VAT request.
VAT number is only for B2B customers and if you have no VAT number you can join without VAT ID.
