1.) If you buy a template for 25.- euros you can use this theme only on 1 domain
2.) If you join a startup membership its allowed to use 3 templates

But you can not upgrade a membership from startup to advanced. If you upgrade your startuo to advanced you will loose the startup month.

If you have a starter subscription you have the license to use 3 templates.
It doesnt matter if you are using one template for three domains or 3 templates for 3 domains.
