[SOLVED] Usage of the joomla theme

Hello,

I'm new to joomla, and i would like to buy a theme. Before I use the theme on the server of my host I would like to test it with xampp on my local host.
Is this possible when I use the single theme license?

You can use our template with single license on localhost and on production website too.
