Perhaps I did\'t explain well.

What I need is a template that allow Users to have a User Page with the ability to make the personal page public or private.
On that User Personal page, users and site administration could publish photos and texts.
The Publics User pages could be found on a link on the Public Profile of each User.

That already exists ??

Because it´s not template related, you have to looking for a Joomla component to do this.
