Noch einmal, weil ich aus Versehen "Solved" geklickt habe.
Ich bin gerade noch einmal Mitglied für 1 Jahr bei Joomlaplates geworden. 2017 hatte ich damit Zugriff auf alle Templates und konnte sie auch mehrfach nutzen. Wenn ich jetzt ein Template laden möchte, muss ich trotzdem 35€ bezahlen und habe nur eine Single License. Ist das so?

Nein, dass ist nicht so.
Während der Mitgliedshaft können sie alle Templates herunterladen
