Cannot save settings made in customizer

Hello,

when I change settings using the Customizer and then hit the Save button, I get the following error message:
Unable to write file (/home/www/a57d7326859af0a6916ccf117f0b0b30/web/templates/jp-blog/less/style.less).
Any suggestions?

Please make sure that the files are writable, permission 0755

Change file permissions
To resolve these issues, you need to change the permissions of the affected files or directories.
Using your FTP client
- Open your FTP client or, if you don't have any, download FileZilla and install it.
- Use your FTP client to login to your server and browse to your webroot directory.
- Right click on the directory on which you want to change the permissions and click File Permissions...
- The Change File Attributes dialog lets you check different options or type in a numeric value like 755. Make sure the Recurse into subdirectories option is checked.
- Then hit OK.

IMPORTANT
Always avoid 777 permissions. If your webserver has problems with the CHMOD 755, you can also try 775 and lastly 777 in this order.

Using an FTP client may also change file ownership to the FTP user of the files or directories you changed the permissions on. This may cause problems on some webservers. To avoid this, you can use a Joomla component like eXtplorer to update the permission through the Joomla administration.

Thanks for your quick answer. Permissions are 755 for folders and 644 for files.
I changed this to 755 for files as well, and then even went up to 777 for both. I still cannot save to the less file!

Hi again, which files or folders did you set to 0777.
Please se the complete template folder ( recursive) to 0777
