Tell me pls, this template Galeria will be work if I have is PHP 5.1?
Or I must upgrade to 5.2 + ?
As I see - Requirements PHP 5.2.7+

Yes youre right,
but Joomla 3.x requirements are higher.
PHP 5.3+
PHP Multibyte String support
PHP JSON support
PHP DOM XML support
