Customizer Menu

I want to change the color of the menu. Using the preconfigured dark-menu only changes the main Menu-Colour but not the Colour of the drop-down entries of the submenus.

I found the nav background setting in the Customizer menu and can change the colour of the background. That is easy. But I cannot change the text color, so if I use black as background the menu-items are not visible when not hoovered.

How can I change the text-color e.g. to white (as the text in the Main-Menu is changed if I use dark-menu?
