[SOLVED] Can not find out how to change language

I'm using the jp pasta template. I customized it to look the way I want for my new website. The Joomla articles have "Continue Reading" after the intro text rather than "Read More" which is what I want, and I am having to change this in EVERY single article. I can't find where to change this language globally. There is nothing when I search to make a language override in Joomla. Please help. Thank you.

you can change the language file for english installed Joomla at:
...\jp-pasta\warp\systems\joomla\language\en-GB\en-GB.tpl_warp.ini
