Auf meiner Seite relaunch.museum-eslohe.de ist das Suchfeld im Bannerberech untergebracht. Aber egal wo ich dieses Feld positioniere, es ändert immer die Größe. Wenn ich die Seite aufrufe, dann ist es gefühlt 400px breit. Klicke ich rein, um einen Inhalt einzutragen, schrumpft dieses Suchfeld auf 250px. (?) Wie- oder Wo stelle ich ein, damit dieses Feld bzw. die Größe des Feldes immer gleich bleibt?

Das liegt an ihrer custom.css in Zeile 1.
Hier haben sie die Breite für das input field definiert:
