[SOLVED] How To Install JP Work to Update JP Dreamcars Site

I believe that doing the Quickstart Installation of JP Work will replace my current JP Dreamcars site completely. Or can I install JP Works into my existing site that is built with JP Dreamcars so that I can update the site with the JP Work template and its responsive design? If so, how do I install the JP Work files for that purpose? Thank you

if you want to update your current site you have to install the template only and assign all the modules.
The second option is to install the quickstart, but then you lost your content.
