[SOLVED] footer color change from black to white

Hello
Is there a possibility to change the footer color from black to white and to add a background image, that covers that full width of the browser window?

Sorry but I can't see the link above, I believe joomlaplates.de can't be accessed from Romania. I'm interested on changing the color of the footer and I noticed that there is no custom.css

Yes youre right, our "de" Domain is only for german users.
But here is the right one:
www.joomlaplates.com/template-customizing

If there is no custom.css please create this file.
The file is not included, because it will be overwritten while updating the theme.
