The template has always a fixed width, but it is responsive in mobile devices and smaller screens.
The fixed width can be changed at Template Customizer.

it is possible that this fixed width although this active responsive? On my machine, with safari, the width varies according to the size of the window and this is what I want to avoid.

No thats not possible.
Responsive means the width is relative to the user screen width!

I have canceled the option responsive and I will be wider at 900 but still moving modules ....

I need this fixed width. That by expanding the screen always have the same width.
