[SOLVED] Template cant install anymore

I have had this template on my site www.loftwindows.co.za and this morning not working anymore so I backed it all up
and deleted the whole website, to re-install the template now it says when i want to install it the following, Please help

This webpage has a redirect loop (this is on the address bar loftwindows.co.za/installation/installat...stallation/index.php )

Why does it do this?

Yes thank you, it looks like it was a problem with the hosting provider even though he says its not.
