Joomla Extensions from web option not showing

Hi,
I completed the Demo installation of the Inspire template as instructed however, Joomla is not showing the 'Extension Manager - Download from Web" option. I use a web hosting service and previously had used softaculous to install Joomla. As I wanted the Demo copy of Inspire, I had to delete all Joomla installations from my web server and perform the installation the way your guide instructed which now does not have that option available. I really would like to install an addon editor to assist in the creating my template (one of which performs front end design really well). Do you have any advice to help?

The Theme Demo Packages ( quickstart) cannot be installed into an existing Joomla installation. The Demo Packages include a Joomla installation package, the Theme, Theme Demo Content and all Extensions.

If you want to install the quickstart package you have to rename the "configuration.php" and copy all files from quicksztart folders and point your URL
