Das habe ich auch schon versucht, aber das ändert bei mir NICHT diesen Hintergrund.

Hallo, dann probieren sie es im CSS direkt.
Fügen sie folgenden Code in ihre css/custom.css ein ( falls die Datei nicht vorhanden, bitte erstellen)

html,
body {
background: #FF0000 !important;
