Template Update

Hi,

I was looking on your website for a template update - my update time goes up to end of May - but I was not able to find a link to update my template for free as it is written on your web page. My LogIn is correct but the system said only that I can download the newest template after paying. I think I am not able to find the right way updating my template - now I am running Joomla 3.5.0. I studied all your information but no way to update my template snowflake! To complicated for me ;-(

May anyone help me please?

Hola Pedro,
if you have purchased a single theme license you can click the link ( from your mail) to download the template again.

If you have a membership you can download the update in this way:
1.) Login > your account > Download

sorry but I can not understand your update philosophy - can I or can I not - do I have to pay again or not - can't find a mail with link.
So I downloaded the warp 7.3.21 files and upgraded on this way my template - the template is still the one which I bought / downloaded in June 2015. It works!!!

You had a 3 month membership. After the 3 month has ended you have no more access to the download section.
During the membership you have access to all themes, monthly new releases, support and regular updates and you can use our themes on as many concurrent sites as your membership licenses allow.
