Disable Edit articles frontend

Hello,
Every page has an edit icon on frontend of site at bottom of post. Do you know how to disable this function? I have never seen this before on a joomla site and cannot find a solution. Example of edit icon on this page under the 3 paragraphs of text - www.futurefeministarchive.com.au/

the edit button is only available if you are logged in at frontend.
A normal user cant see any edit button!
