Rocket module header

on my website i have some rocket modules that i want to change. I changed them from the template but i do'nt get how to add a header just like the others.
www.bartvandendungen.nl . The header "merken" is what i want to have as result. The header with 2 stripes onderneath it. But i don't know how to add it to the module called "winkel". The "merken" module is somehowe connected to a article, but i cannot see how. I hope you can help me.

1.) Your mosaic module can not have the style of the other modules.
2.) If you want to have the same style, you have to load the mosaic module into the content and now you have the option to format the headlines
