1.is it possible in the mobile mode the have an other color than in normal mode? Because the little menu sign is hardly to see.

2. And to put in mobile mode the small-logo also on top of the slideshow?

1.) No, you can not have a different layout for mobile devices.
But you can change the color of the small mobile menu icon. Add this code below to your css/custom.css

.uk-navbar-toggle {
color: #000;
}

2.) Sorry in mobile version the slideshow is always on top and the logo is below
