Can i change Submenu appearance ?

Hello,
Can i change Submenu appearance when the mouse is over ? I want the submenu openning on right when the mouse is over the item.
For example i have a mainmenu with items 1)Home 2) Resources and under the menu item Resources i have 1 submenu with 2 items
The 2 items Hiking and Treking is always appearing. Can i hidden these items and when the mouse is upon them then openning on rightside?

The 3 level menu is not supported, depends on Tablet view.
