How can I do that the top slide in the PC version was displayed on the mobile version?

In smaller screen than 1024px the background image of the logo is changing to mobile view.
Its not possible to show the backgroubd image in mobile version

Can I disable mobile version to PC version displayed on mobile?

No.
But you can play with the "breakpoints" sizes in Template Options > Customizer > advanced > breakpoints.
