Hello I bought hifi template two or more years ago. I haven't try to customize until now. I do extensions --->templates---->stiles and select the default template THEN tab options --- and click settings under warp options ... with all that I click on customizer in the options at right... after this I select a custom stile but there is a message the current theme is not customizable... so my questions are: is there any restriction on customizing templates over certain period? or do I have to try clear cache, of follow any other tutorial?
