I have just update my site from EXCHANGE template to City and I have a white box on my home page on computer desktop and the same when accessing the site on my mobile. I have checked all of my modules and can not find the reason why?

How do I issue my URL without all other members seeing it?

As it is used as a intranet site.

Use the secret text button, only Joomlaplates admin can see the secret text.

hi there,
the white box is the Joomla system output, where the Joomla articles are published.
You can disable the system output in Template Options > Layout > System Output
