Coloured box, right of module title, with a word

Hi
On the demo site the modules "contact us", "links" and "theme features" all in position bottom-d - have words in coloured boxes on the right of the module title.
These words are "contact" (in a green box), "hot" (in an orange box) and "top" (in a red box) - see attached screenshot.
My question is:
(1) how and where are the words set?
(2) how and where is the colour set?
