please describe your problem detailed as possible. We can not guess whats the problem therefore we
need more informations and maybe a screenshot too.

I have a similar issue. I have uploaded the Power template but Joomla 3.8.1 is not recognising it.
Please can you explain the correct steps to be taken to get my site to adopt the template?

Hi, I have purchased the Power Theme from Joomlaplates however am having the same problem here and can’t install the template with demo content.
I am trying to avoid having to pay for the installation service, but I’ve tried everything wasted hours and hours of time and now out of ideas.
I’ll try and explain my situation the best I can, but please bear with me as I’m a tech newbie.
I have the Joomla 3.8 installed on my hosting package, so I downloaded the Joomla 3x folder.
I have installed the Quickstart folder via FTP using File Zilla. I made sure the Quickstart folder was unzipped.
I created a database in my hosting package, and configured it all, however now when I type in the URL, I’m just present ted with a blank log in page, and cannot see the demo content.
When I log into to Joomla via the super user/main administrator account, and click on Templates, the ‘Power’ theme is not there.
Can someone advise me what I have missed in order to see the demo content. Any assistance at all that would be much appreciated.

if you want to install aour Quickstart package into an existng Joomla you have to reanme the file configuration.php
