Wordpress laufen nicht (z.B. Business, Solutions)

Hallo,
habe ein Problem mit den hier angebotenen Wordpress-Themes (z.B. Solution, Business). Nach der Installation lässt sich das Backend /wp-login.php nicht öffnen. Ich arbeite mit dem aktuellen XAMPP v3.2.2

Die Meldungen heißen wie folgt:

Bitte benutzen sie PHP 7.0 oder PHP 5.6
