The drop downs on the off canvas not displaying

When I click on the parent on my site the drop down does not appear but on yours it does.
Please help?

Hi there,
the first menu item must be a separatur, see image attached

Maybe you can duplicate your main menu and publish your duplicate menu then on the module positon offcanvas
