Customizer "No file was uploaded" was created by oblechner

Anytime I try to save a change in Customizer and try to save it it starts "Compiling Less..." and the saving bar shows progress but then I get a message "No file was uploaded".After the error it reverts to the defaults

I tried clearing the Cache no difference.
