Customizer not working

Hello, I just bought and easy installed ICE template for Joomla. When I try to use the Customizer, even after made a copy of a style with a new name, I always get this alert: "The current theme is not customizable." as shown on my attached file.
Can you kindly help me to fix this issue?
I can't continue to work...

sorry its not possible to duplicate the theme with Joomla.
You can only customize the org theme.

If you want to have a backup of the theme, please duplcate the style within customizer.

I don't want to duplicate the template, just customize it. It is what I did.
I installed the template, load my logos, than click on customizer.
I never seen the screen as explained in your video tutorial... Just "The current theme is not customizable."

Very good! I fix it disabling joomla plugin JCH.
Now it's working very fine.
