Reduce space between navigation and articles

Hi,
i am using the Fan template and want to reduce the space between Navigation and Article Headlines (see screenshot).

I already tried it in the Customizer (Advanced mode) and tried to reduce the values
Gutter Xlarge Horizontal
Gutter Xlarge Vertical
Gutter Small Horizontal
Gutter Small Vertical

but this has had no effect.

Can you help me ?

Sorry - my bad - totally have overseen that the more button also adds the two Gutter values for normal and large.
