Home socials in toolbar l dissappeared was created by Allan

I am editing my website using the QuickStart Artist template. Somehow the Home Socials buttons in toolbar l disappeared. I want my website to have an icon for my facebook site and one for my instagram. Can anyone help me get the icons back?
