Issue with title in Bottom B location.

Hi there.

I am using a customised JP Fago theme for my site DRIServices.co.uk.

I copied strips from bottom a to bottom b location and then customised.

I have found that the bottom b section the title is not displaying properly. (too small and not central). compared to bottom a.

i have inspected the 2 elements in chrome and have found there is a &nbsp code in the bottom b section. I can edit this on chrome and it renders correctly. What I do not know how to do is what file to edit in dreamweaver to make this change permanant.
