[SOLVED] Fire Template - Apple mobile incompatibly

Hello,
Following our initial conversation on the topic, we conducted further tests related to the right hand side dropdown menu not working properly (stuck) on mobile phone and tablet (unless you try to hit > or < on bottom screen).
The outcome of our tests clearly shows that the problem is faced with the new « Fire » Template on all iPhone and iPad Apple devices (12.1.3), but not on Android.
As this problem will prevent us to move the new version into production, could you please help us to resolve this issue
