[SOLVED] Sticky menu on every page

Sticky menu on every page was created by jaap.de.leeuw.racepicture

I got the Ultimate template and it's working fine for me, however the sticky menu function is nog on every page working. On the homepage and 1 other menu items the menu stays on top, on the other menu items the menu scrolls out of the page. What did i do wrong , using chrome as a browser

Hello,
please remove all layouts you dont need.
