ToTop Scroller Joomlaplates Template "Bistro" was created by highlaender

I am currently programming the template "Bistro" and suddenly I noticed that my "ToTop Scroller" itself is on top? How do I get it back to its original position (=bottom right)?

1.) Maybe you did a mistake during customizing, I dont know
