logo is fixed instead of navigation

Hi,
1.
jp-alpha: when I activate "fixed navigation" the logobar is going to be fixed, not the navigation. I added in the custom.css:
#menu-outer {position: fixed;}
it worked, but the logo "jumps" while scrolling down. The navigation just "stands" fixed. Can you help me that the navigation and the logo does the same animation?
2.
my client likes the logo to be right aligend with "Kontakt". I am not able to achieve this responsive. Do you have any idea how I can resolve this?
