SQL-Error1146;Table __revslider_css' doesn't exist was created by tlr65

I purchased Template "Perfect II" but Slider Component can't be activated although intallation message say's that installation was successful.
Please give me any hint how I can activate the slider component, it was a big wish for my customer.
