I have problem with the teplate MAXIMUM. When I setup in the setting, that I want to have small-header and save it, the change is not aplied in the real. Same is with the colorors.
How can I solve my problem?

please delete all layouts you dont need

I deleted the layouts and its working now.

I have one more question, how can I put the map before the footer? I mean, that I want to see the map in same setting but on the top of the footer?

Thats working only if you edit the layouts/theme.php and move the DIV map above the footer
