[SOLVED] Error after installation... ????

I get this issue after installing the quickstart! How can i fix this on the front side? Thanks in advance!

1.) Please use XAMPP with another PHP Version, maybe 7.2. No provider is on PHP 7.3
2.) Please disbable the error reporting in XAMPP it is only needed for developer
3.) Setup the Joomla Error Reporting level to > BASIC
