wie kann ich das background image Section TOP A so einstellen, dass es für mobilephone skaliert (verkleinert) wird

Hallo,
das geht nicht bzw macht auch keinen Sinn, da ber dem Image ein Modul liegt was zu 100& angezeigt wird.
Demnach ist das Bild in der mobilen Version nicht zu sehen.
Live Url wäre gut gewesen...
