Call to a member function format() on null

Dear all,

After downloading the zip file jp_fire_unzip_first.zip, I uploaded the quickstart.zip via ftp and then unzipped it via ssh and start the installation.
If I log into the backend and into the control center I will see error the message Call to a member function format() on null
