[SOLVED] Try to change back ground color under first image

Hi and thank you in advance about the help.

We just bought Time template and we would like to change the background color of all site (white to black).
I changed the major parts of the template by using cusotmizer buttom in the warp section but it's hard to find where I can change the color on the Home page, position: Top A .
I still can see a white bar when I scrolling down the page (under the parallax).

My website is www.noh-art.com and you immediately can see it on the main page.
