Used quickstart. Did updates and upgraded to 4.03

Hello, please download and install the new version of Simple Contact Form or via Joomla update manager

Hello,
I have a similar problem. I installed the Technology Template on Joomla 4.0.4 (PHP Version 7.4), however after changing the template on the frontend, I got this message

Class 'JEventDispatcher' not found
I already tried your solution and installed also the new Simple Contact Form, but it didn't changed anything.
Please help.
