Is there a way or an alternative to use the dot nav menu in the Joomla 4 Perfect template as it exists in the Joomla 3?

Ok, i followed the youtube movie, but where do i find the zip file to install the module?
I find the Gallery, Grid, Slider and Slideshow in the installed template but not the Uikit Dot nav

there is no position "absolute" neither
